Keep in Mind
Booking
Please book your shoot at least one week in advance so we have enough time to plan and prepare. A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due after the shoot and before final photos are delivered.
Planning
Once booked, we'll connect with you to discuss the creative vision, location, outfits, props, references, and any other details needed to bring your shoot together.
Delivery
Edited photos will be delivered digitally within 1–2 weeks after the shoot.
Cancellations
The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up for your scheduled shoot. Rescheduling may be available depending on the circumstances.
Communication
We'll keep you updated throughout the process. If you have questions, ideas, or specific requests, just reach out!
Consultation
All projects begin with a consultation before booking, in person or through an online call. We'll discuss your vision, goals, needs, and project details to determine the right services and scope.
Booking
After the consultation, we'll confirm the project scope, pricing, and deliverables. You'll receive an invoice and contract to review and sign. Your booking isn't confirmed until the contract is signed and the 50% deposit has been paid.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final deliverables are provided. Client may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, as permitted by law.
Invoice
Invoices must be paid before the expiration date listed on the invoice. Unpaid invoices may expire and require a new invoice to be issued.
Communication
We'll stay in communication throughout the project to keep everything moving smoothly, checking in at key stages for feedback and approval. Please respond to project-related messages in a timely manner so we can stay on schedule.
Revisions
Branding projects include a set number of revisions based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside that scope may require an additional fee. Major changes to project direction after work has begun may be treated as a new scope of work.
